Alheimers (Alzheimers) disease - Altzhimers

Alheimers (sometimes Alzheimers) is a common dementia disease with over 15 million patients worldwide suffering from Altzhimers disease (Alzheimers, Alzeimers symptoms).

Alheimers - Alzeimers FAQ

Alzheimers is a disease that affects a lot of people, since not only the actual patients but also many relatives as well  must get involved and need to arrange for the daily care of patient suffering from Alzimers. Many queries, raised by the patient, but also by the relatives who are also very much involved when Altzheimers affects one in the family.

Alheimers - what age groups - Alsheimers?

Typically, Alzeimer's symptoms of the disease only appear in ages of 50 and above. The most affected age group when it comes to Alheimer's disease, are the 65-year olds and over. What happens with Alsheimers is that brain cells will die noticeably faster than in a healthy person. The cause of Altzimers setting off is unknown to medical research of today but a lot of new research is currently conducted within studies and research aiming at finding the cause, or causes of Alzhemers disease (Alzhiemers).

Is Altzheimers (Alzeimers) affecting the sexes differently?

Male patients tend to be less affected than women and this fact is something that science so far has tried to explain being the effect of changes to the hormones.

A few research results seem to indicate that a deficiency in vitamin E may be the cause, or part of the cause of Alzehimers disease. A blood plasma mutation named Apolioprotein E4 was observed in nearly 15 percent of the general population and this condition is possibly adding to the risk of developing Altzheimers with hundreds of percent.

Alzhimers disease can develop in three years, or twenty. This is to last stage from the day when it was first properly diagnosed. The memoy centres of the brain are those affected first but later when the Altzheimers disease is progressing, there will be further brain cell degeneration and it will spread to other brain parts. Through this loss of brain functions, Alzhiemers disease will eventually lead towards the death of the patients, even with no other complications caused by the Alzheimers.

What is the risk I will develop Alzimers disease (Alzhimers)

Risk of Altzheimers increases after the year when the patient is 65 years of age and the risk doubles every five years above 65. At 85 and higher, the risk of Alsheimers (Altzheimers) is very high, nearly 50%

Alzheimers is also known to have a hereditary part. People with close relatives Alzimers patients, have a higher risk of developing Alzhimers themselves because Altzheimers disease have been shown to run in families. Alzeimers onset seems to be somehow connected to the family medical history but with environmantal factors also responsible for causing Altzimers breaking out. Late research has found Alzeimers (Alzimers) to be gene contingent.

Google

Alzimers disease, or Alzhimers (Altzhimers) is a dementia condition responsible for slowly destroying the brain cells. Alsheimers primarily affects people over 60-65, although Alzehimers (Alsheimers) can appear in lower ages. The condition will eventually lead to hospitalization and the death of the patient.
